How do I purchase?
For easier delivery, COD, and voucher-use, you can purchase through our Shopee and Lazada shops! For PAYO, you can check out through our site!
Can I request a book?
Yes, you may! Just fill out our Title Tracker form, and we'll talk to you about it.
Do you accept book reservations?
We allow a 3-day reservation period, during which you can settle your payment. By the time the third day passes and payment is still not made, the reservation will be cancelled.
Payment-related Questions
What are your payment plans?
As of now, the only payment plans we offer are Pay As You Order or PAYO (through our website) or COD (via Shopee/Lazada). However we can also do layaway plans (installment but you won't get the book until it's fully paid)! Ask us and we’ll talk about it.
What are your mode of payments (MOP)?
For our PAYO payment plan, our payment methods currently support GCash, BPI Bank Transfer, and UBP Online. We understand that some of you want flexible payment methods such as Debit (bank-transfer), Credit card payments, and even the mere availability of (Pay)Maya—so please do note that we're working hard to make this available for you.
Do you accept COD?
Yes! You may pay via COD by ordering on our Shopee and Lazada shops.
Delivery-related Questions
Where do you deliver?
As of now, we only ship to anywhere in the Philippines so long as our couriers deliver their location.
What are your shipping providers?
Via our PAYO payment plan, we use the shipping services of Lalamove & Grab Express for same-day deliver (applicable only for addresses within Metro Manila), J&T Express and Gogo Xpress. Via our Shopee and Lazada store (SCO-applicable), the default delivery partner is J&T.
How can I track my delivery?
Upon confirmation of shipping, we will send you an immediate tracking link or tracking number for your delivery! For Shopee and Lazada check outs, you may track your delivery through their respective apps.
Can I get a free delivery?
As of now, we don't offer free deliveries for our PAYO payment plan as our current budget restricts us from covering the shipping fees. However, if you check out via Shopee or Lazada, you may use app vouchers to cover for your shipping fees.
How much does delivery costs?
The total amount presented at the end of your checkouts will always exclude the shipping fee, and all delivery costs are paid via COD (cash-on-delivery). That said, delivery costs vary for each courier, location, and weight. For Grab Express and Lalamove, you may get your estimate price by putting our general location (Robinsons Otis, Manila) on the sender's address.
