On books marked as Brand New
The condition of Brand New books when ordered and packed is as mentioned in the product listing. In case of delivery-acquired and -developed flaws, et al. bookstore would not be accountable for these damages. We ensure that each book and parcel is packed safely, hence delivery-acquired damages are out of our control.
On books marked as Secondhand or Pre-loved
The condition of Secondhand or Pre-loved books when ordered and packed is as mentioned in the product listing, and before ordering, all book condition photos are sent to the buyer for assurance. We ensure that each book and parcel is packed safely, therefore, in case of delivery-acquired and -developed flaws, et al. bookstore will not be held accountable as it is beyond our control.
On shipping and total
Purchases checked-out on the site excludes the shipping fee from its total. Buyers are required to send their invoices (quotation) and payment confirmation to our Facebook page, and only after this has been confirmed will the product be delivered.
On refunds and returns
Et al. bookstore only allows refunds and returns in cases where incomplete or wrong items are sent, and unboxing videos of the products will be required. A partial refund covering the cost of the missing book will be issued for incomplete items. The shipping fee for returning wrong items will also be covered by et al. bookstore to compensate for the inconvenience.

On Commission Fees
The deposit of ₱20.00 is consumable for the total of the commission fees amounting to ₱50.00 per book. In cases where orders are not fulfilled and the book requests are failed or cancelled, the commission fees will not be charged, but the ₱20.00 deposit will neither be refunded by et al. bookstore.
On book conditions
The condition of the books when ordered and packed will follow the preference of the client, or in other cases, the agreed upon book condition. Before ordering, all book condition photos are sent to the client for assurance. In case of delivery-acquired and -developed flaws, et al. bookstore will not be held accountable as it is beyond our control.
On Title Tracker Order Process
The seller/supplier would send et al. bookstore the clients' requested book/s and only when they are on-hand will they be shipped to the clients' address. The shipping fee that will be charged would then as well cover the first transfer of books from the seller to et al. bookstore. However, the clients may also request for the supplier to ship directly to their address, but please do note that for that option, et al. bookstore will not be able to ensure that the clients' book is in the promised condition. More than that, et al. bookstore will also not be able to consolidate the shipping fees.
Pre-Order
On book conditions
All pre-ordered books are in brand new condition. Updates regarding the books' condition once they have reached our storage facility from our supplier will be provided to the buyer for transparency. In case of delivery-acquired and -developed flaws, et al. bookstore would not be accountable for these damages. We ensure that each book and parcel is packed safely, hence delivery-acquired damages are out of our control.
On order processes
Pre-orders will strictly be handled over our Facebook page, et al. bookstore. Once the buyer has browsed through our pre-order catalog and settled on their desired title/s, they may reach out to our Facebook messenger to receive the link of the pre-order form.
On payment methods
After accomplishing the form, the buyer will be provided with an invoice containing the breakdown of fees, discounts, and tax (if applicable). Afterwards, a separate form containing all payment methods and shipping information will be provided.
On payment terms
At least 60% of the total cost must be settled upon ordering, which will serve as downpayment for the transaction. The remaining balance must be settled within 21 days (3 weeks) after the first payment. Each day of delayed unpaid balance payment will garner a ₱10 interest.
On transit time
ETA of the ordered book/s will be 30 - 60 days (1 to 2 months) AFTER the initial payment has been settled. In case of holidays or natural emergencies, delays in arrival shall be expected. In such cases, there will strictly be NO CANCELLATIONS OF ORDER.
